Our Toby’s Track to Success program is designed to help our very own staff build a lifelong career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Whether you’re starting with no experience or have some background, we will guide you through every step of the process. You’ll begin as a Behavior Technician (BT), and we’ll provide you with all the training and support you need to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. From there, we’ll help you take the next step by offering mentorship, supervision, and the tools to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What makes this program even more special is our partnership with UMSL, which allows us to cover half of your BCBA tuition—making it easier for you to pursue your career goals without the financial burden.
