How To Get Started

We Get to Know Your Family

Simply provide us with some details about your child
and discuss your questions with our team. We’ll help you
understand how our care will work for your family.

We Work with Your Insurance Company

We collect information and documentation to understand
your child's unique needs. We then work with your insurance
provider to ensure coverage of all necessary care.

Your Child’s Initial Evaluation

Our lead Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) conduct a clinical
review of the documentation and schedule the initial
assessment to develop your child’s personalized care
plan.

Review Your Child’s Personalized Treatment Plan

While you review and discuss your child’s treatment plan with your
lead BCBA, we’ll work behind the scenes to match you with a care
team specialized for your child's unique needs.

Start Therapy!

Your care team will provide weekly reviews and conduct
re-assessments, so you're always in the loop with your
child's progress.

AB Spectrum Autism Care

At AB Spectrum, our Reggio ABA therapy goes beyond traditional approaches by viewing children as active participants in their own learning. This child-centered philosophy promotes independence, self-expression, and creativity, which we incorporate into behavior modification using ABA techniques such as Natural Environment Teaching (NET). NET leverages a child’s natural environment and interests to create engaging, meaningful learning opportunities, making therapy both enjoyable and effective. With a therapist-to-child ratio of 1:1, our therapy is delivered by a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), ensuring personalized attention and support.

Exceptional ABA therapy at AB Spectrum includes:

  • A comprehensive range of assessments tailored to each child’s needs, such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), and more.
  • Individualized programs for behavior, communication, and skill acquisition.
  • Customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that are reviewed and updated regularly.
  • Verbal Behavior and Communication training with our team of specialists, including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) specialists. PECS is a communication system used to teach individuals with limited speech to communicate through pictures, fostering functional communication.
  • Play & Social Skills training with ReggioABA training to foster social development and peer interactions.
  • Daily supervision by multiple BCBAs (Board-Certified Behavior Analysts) to ensure consistency and progress. This is something not typically offered by many clinics or in-home therapy options.

This approach ensures that every child receives the highest standard of care, with assessments and strategies designed to meet their unique needs and help them thrive.

Your child is at the center of our care and so are you. At AB Spectrum, we offer ABA therapy for children aged 2-6, with a focus on individualized care supported by our BHCOE® accreditation. Using our ReggioABA Curriculum, we recognize the critical importance of preschool years and collaborate closely with parents through regular support meetings to ensure goals are reinforced at home, creating a seamless treatment experience. Our community-based approach, including progress updates with charts and detailed information, is designed to ensure every child reaches their full developmental potential.

Research has shown that children manifest their behaviors at the highest amounts in a natural environment. Autism and Behavioral Spectrum under the ReggioABA curriculum believe children diagnosed with Autism excel under a Natural Environment Teaching (NET) which is why our facilities replicate a Natural Preschool environment.

At AB Spectrum, we understand that children naturally learn a wide range of skills through play and social interactions. To maximize this learning, our clinicians are trained in Natural Environment Teaching (NET), which integrates therapy into everyday activities, making learning both engaging and effective.

We hold our staff to the highest standards, ensuring quality care for every child. Here’s how we maintain and elevate our team:

  • In-House RBT Program: Led by our Chief Clinical Officer, a highly experienced BCBA, our successful Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) program has consistently improved the quality of our incoming staff.

  • Ongoing Training & Supervision:

    • Monthly continuing education and training sessions.
    • Weekly supervision meetings with our BCBAs to ensure consistency and professional growth.
    • Daily hands-on training by BCBAs, trainers, coordinators, and administration to support and guide our staff in real-time.
  • Staff Satisfaction & Quality: We believe that investing in our people means they can provide the best care for your family. We offer a variety of programs to ensure staff happiness and maintain high standards of service.

This commitment to training, support, and staff well-being guarantees that our team is prepared to provide the highest level of care to your child, every step of the way.
