Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) at AB Spectrum play a key role in leading and overseeing ABA therapy for children with autism. To become a BCBA, you need a master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field, supervised experience, and to pass the BCBA exam. At AB Spectrum, we offer low caseloads, flexible schedules, and work-from-home days, so you can maintain a healthy work-life balance. With no in-home therapy or long drives required, you’ll work at our convenient clinic, which closes by 3:30 p.m.

Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst (PLBA)
To become a PLBA, you’ll need a master’s degree in behavior analysis and completion of your practicum. At AB Spectrum, we offer flexible schedules, low caseloads, and work-from-home days, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. With no in-home therapy or long commutes, all services are provided at our conveniently located clinic, which closes at 3:30 p.m.
