Our St. Peters clinic is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Full-Time, St. Peters, St. Louis, MO. We are seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2 to 6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

- Mon to Fri, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- On-site BCBA support
About the role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children in a clinic-based setting, helping them build critical life skills through our play-based Reggio ABA approach. You will be supported by on-site Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team leaders.
What you’ll do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA
- Collect and track accurate data
- Support daily care tasks as needed
This is a physically and emotionally active role.
What you’ll need
- A current RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
- Renewal requirements maintained, including competency assessments, with no lapse in certification
- At least 3 months of experience working with children aged 2 to 6 to qualify for the $20.00 starting rate
Pay
$20.00 per hour starting pay
Starting pay is $20.00 USD per hour. To qualify for this rate, candidates must hold an active RBT certification and have a minimum of 3 months of experience working with children aged 2 to 6.
Schedule
Mon to Fri, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Full-time. These hours match insurance-prescribed sessions and cannot be modified.
